Hello!I leave a recipe for a very rich dessert, lemon cake with sugar without merengue, it is very easy to do :)

Broken mass

Ingredients

375 grams of whole wheat or cornmeal
100 grams of butter
4 envelopes of Stevia
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of very cold water, frost.
Steps to follow

In a bowl, we mix the flour with the butter, if we help ourselves from the fingers it will be much more practical.
Then add the egg yolks, the stevia and the tablespoons of ice water so that the dough is very consistent until we can make a ball.We cover the bowl with transparent film and leave it in the fridge 15-20 minutes.
During this time we preheat the oven to 170 degrees and grease the mold with butter to prevent us from sticking.
After 15 minutes, add the dough in the mold and shape it.We put it in the oven and bake it 25 minutes and let it cool in the environment.
Once the broken dough will be prepared, we will go to the elaboration of the lemon filling.

Lemon filling

Ingredients

5 lemons juice
2 envelopes of Stevia
75 grams of Maizena
6 egg yolks
4 egg whites
45 grams of butter
Half glass of cold milk
4 walnuts that we will make small cachitos.
Steps to follow

We mix in a glass the juice of the 5 lemons with the indicated stevia.
We add the juice result to a small saucepan until it boils.
In the half glass of cold milk we add the cornstarch and remove the mixture well moved avoiding the lumps that can be formed. We add this mixture to the juice that boils and stir until the dough thickens.
Once the desired consistency is achieved, we let it cool at room temperature.
Once cooled, we put it on the broken dough we had in the mold.We leave it in the oven 15 minutes.
Now we will make a meringue that will be available at the top of our delicious lemon cake.
We ride the egg white to the snow point and use it to decorate. We add the nuts on top to give it a touch of flavor.
We put the tray with everything done in the oven for a few minutes to brown.
