Broccoli and cheese soup

ingredients
1 cut onion cut
3 chopped garlic cloves
3 cups of chicken broth, without fat and low in sodium
16 ounces of broccoli
⅓ Flour cups of all use
2½ cups of low fat milk
¼ teaspoons of pepper
8 ounces of cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. In a median pot, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes or until they are tender.
2. Add the broth and broccoli and boil over medium-high heat.Once it begins to boil, reduce the fire at median temperature, approximately 10 minutes.
3. Mix the milk with the flour and throw them up until they are completely mixed.
4. Add the milk and flour mixture to the pot where the broccolis are.
5. Kitchen for 5 minutes or until you start thickening, constantly moving.
6. Add the pepper
7. Remove the heat and add the cheese little by little, moving until it is completely melt.
8. In a blender or food processor, place ⅓ of the soup and liquele.Mix both soups in the pot.
