Ingredients

1/2 liter of skim milk
2 yolks
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
Sweetener at ease (I recommend Stevia)

What did I do?

Then I mixed both preparations in a cacerolite and placed it on the batch over low heat stirring constantly.

Once he thickened, I turned off the fire and added the sweetener (to taste).
