High glucose

Good to all, I am the opponent of the National Police and on March 4 they did some analysis in Madrid, because a week they have called me to tell me that I have the sugar a little high.I have done an analysis in my city of glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and fructosamine, and the only one that has given me a little high is glucose (119), the other tests quite well.
I am going to repeat the analysis because I have to send one to Madrid and see if I get my sugar in question of days.
Let's see if you can advise me to reduce fasting glucose

I hope you have already done those tests and with good results.
I don't think anything can be recommended to lower glycemia, because insulin is only for diabetics and under medical prescription.
