Self -esteem and diabetes

Hello my name is Jesus Aranda (type 1 diabetes since 1986 and using an insulin bomb) and I am a doctoral student in Clinic Psychology at the University of Argosy in Dallas, Texas.I am doing my doctoral thesis and therefore I ask for help to collect data on diabetes and self -esteem.
The purpose of my study is to investigate the possible relationship between self -esteem and glycymic control.In addition, this study will compare self -esteem in people who use insulin pump and individuals who insulin three or more than three times a day.
