Basic Rules of Type 2 Diabetes

Hello, my name is Loren and I am diabetic type 2 for a scarce mès.My treatment consists of 50 metformin, one a day.I am quite fat, 120 kgr.With 1.72 tall, I am also 39 years old.I would like someone to tell me the basic rules to follow to control diabetes and that it is strictly prohibited from now on.thank you.

I am not very expert in diabetes 2, but what I know is that diet and exercise owe your bread every day, which, I suppose, will lose weight that is also fundamental.
