PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND DIABETES

Hello my name is Alvaro, I am a professor of physical education and in these days the possibility of carrying out a project that consists in performing physical activity to people who present diabetes.I would like to know then if someone can recommend any page to obtain greater information such as work frequencies, cardiacs, registration tables and everything that can help me to do a good job and help these people.Thanks in advance
