Bubble and bolis

My question is how you eliminate the bubbles of the boli?, what technique do you use?Because when I try to do it, I only get insulin, and the bubble continues, maybe it decreases its size a bit.

Every time a needle is put on the pen, some air enters for little, it is practically impossiblePQ counts 100% is also practically impossible (if you try to completely eliminate what is achieved is to spend the entire pen and the bubble will remain there).
