Hello, I am Luisa and I have diabetes 6 years ago but so far I do not need insulin I am 35 years old and I am a little scared with what comes to me now I hope to meet people in my same situation

From what you tell us, you must be type 2.
If what scares you is insulin, you have reached the right place, because here there are many people who can guide you, and you will see how everything is simpler than it seems.
