Ice cream

Hello everyone, my name is Alberto and my girlfriend Lydia has been diabetic for quite a bit.It is his first summer with the disease and is having a lot of bad time with the theme of food, added to a series of personal problems.

My consultation is a bit frivolous but I think it is the small details that really make the daily experience of the diabetic. The other day he exploded and told me with tears in the eyes that he was dying from a specific ice cream, he could not take away from his head for days.

She does not give her more importance than she has but my soul broke down while trying to understand and comfort her. That is why I would like to surprise him and I am trying to find that sugar without sugar.

This is the ice cream known as Frigo "Dracula".I would like to ask you for your help to try to find somewhere where I can get it or even a recipe (although I am not a good cook) to try to cheer it out a bit.

Thank you very much in advance to all.All the best

Look to see how many rations the ice cream in question has, and you include it in some food, maybe you can't eat it whole, but you share it and so you will take away the craving.Much I encourage both.

No, they have not explained the diet by portions.

She is injected insulin 2 times a day, since it seems that she is on the honeymoon.

At noon, 3 units of fast and at night 11 units of Lantus are click.

The truth that has been very good for a few months in terms of glycemia.

Could you inform me about the diet for portions?

In the ice cream information I have found this:
Nutritional facts per 1 unit (1 g)
Energy 209 kJ
50 kcal
0.5 g protein
Carbohydrate 10 g
9 g sugar
Fat 0.7 g
0.7 g saturated fat
0.4 g fiber

Thank you very much to answer
