Glymic stability

They often ask me what is the normal value for glycemia, I always say that between 70 and 130 mg/dl, although I have seen that this data varies according to where it is consult, this is the most common.
What they do not ask me so much, and yet it seems very interesting to me is, how much glycemia varies usually in a period of 24 hours?, is it realistic ??, it varies a lot over night ...

The word stability does not sound much ... @-) After more than 20 years of evolution, it starts to sound now that they have put the bomb ...
As for the evolution in 24h ... it can be very variable according to meals, exercise, insulin, moods ... I say ...

For me, glycemic stability (considering stability as something relatively similar to what has a non -diabetic) is in my opinion a chimera and the search for the impossible.We must assume that in diabetes there are 78478893748739238748 variables, and we only handle insulin, sport, diet and a little our lifestyle.The rest ... to its p *** ball.
So my conclusion is ... what can be done.

I can't complain about my last hemo, but as I read around what can be done ... many times I have to do 220, 260, 300, 350 ... and it gives me a anger ..!
