Hyperglycemia symptoms with good sugar levels

I have been approximately 3 weeks that although I have well controlled sugar, I have hyperglycemia symptoms.A lot thirsty, I'm more hungry, my heart beats me as more abrupt and I think I've lost a little.Has anyone ever happened?

I just looked at the ketones in blood and it is good for me, 0.0.
