The system you say is not a great advance ...:-/ In my opinion.
If you bet on telemedicine and self -care, a simple application for the mobile (even for the same glucometer) could generate the same system as the one proposed.
Although for this it is necessary that endocrine and nurses want to change their way of working ... and of course their bosses let them do it.
