I have another doubt, seeing some posts, you put that you have the gly at 5, with something.As you get it, I do not get low from 6, and give me mortal declines.

Having glycosylated in 6 is very good, you don't need to lower it, how do you get less than 6?Well, no idea;), that depends on each one, I guess lifestyle, some are more stable than others ....: Mrgreen:
Fundamental often to measure glucose, correct hypers, exercise and moderation in meals, I think that's the keys.
