Hello.Ask if it is always normal to have 0.1 cetona in blood.Every time I change the catheter always gives me 0.1 or 0.2 whatever the time of day.
Not enough?I have something overweight, I don't understand, should I take more kcal? They have told me that it is normal to get up ... but after eating?

Thank you so much.

According to the leaflet of the strips of the optium, the results of blood ketone bodies must be less than 0.6 mmol/l (thus measuring the machine the ketonic bodies) also puts that it can increase if you fast or do vigorous exercise.
Come on 0.1 It is normal, I have had a maximum 0.2 ever without being tall any test because I expired the strips and it has given me 0.0 or 0.1 and other times I had it high it has given me 0.0
The bomb says that you check the ketone bodies with more than 250 in case the catheter stuck and has not entered insulin

As Haribita says in fasting it is very likely that you give you some acetone in blood, especially if many hours have passed without taking HC, S ... Up to 0.5 is considered normal.
