On April 1, the registration period of the Kosta Trail opens

The tenth edition of the Kosta Trail will take place on June 14 in the Biscay town of Sopela.This Wednesday, April 1, the online registration period will open to participate in the tenth edition of the test.Those interested in participating in any of the three modalities that make up the Kosta Trail;Carrera (30 km), mountain march (20 km) and family march (10km) will be able to register from tomorrow on the website www.kostatrail.com.
The registration period for the race (30 km) will end on May 10 and in the case of exhausting the 450 registrations, a waiting list will be enabled.The registration price will be € 17 for mountain federated and € 22 for non -federated.
In the case of marches, the deadline for online registration will be June 12, both for the mountain march (20km) and for the family march (10km).
Another way to register is to do it in person in any of the Forum Sport stores from May 2 to June 10 and for those who could not have previously sign up and continue to be some of the planned 3,500 seats, theDays 11, 12, and June 13 only in the Forum Sport Artea de Leioa (Bizkaia) store until the inscriptions are exhausted.
With these inscriptions that will have a price of € 5, participants will be collaborating to form active with the Biscay Association of Diabetes.
This year also the Kosta Trail will feature several runners from the Team One Diabetes Challenge (www.team -one.es) of the "Spanish Association for Sports with Diabetes".An amateur team composed exclusively of athletes with diabetes that aims to raise awareness of society in general of the importance of sports and create healthy lifestyle among the diabetic population that are decisive for good control of the disease.
In addition to being characterized by being a solidarity cause, the Kosta Trail is characterized by being the first race at sea level with great landscape attractiveness and diversity of land (asphalt, grass, sand and rock) of the coast of Uribe Kosta, where theproof.Therefore, the Kosta Trail becomes an outdoor sports day in which the family and amateur public shares part of the tour with the most experienced mountain corridors who participate in the race.
