Change the background color of the forum

Hello everyone:
I asked Fer if we could do something to change the bright white background to a more off tone, so that he did not tire/forced the view so much.
Raudo and fast found the solution that happens to be external to the forum, and for the Google Crome browser that we all use.
It also serves for the rest of the websites that have a similar background or color format, and that does not make reading possible in a more relaxed way.
