Sorry for opening a new post.It is likely that this has already been commented, but I just received the sensors at home and I have true vital urgency:-D for trying the damn apparatus, which I have since yesterday. Although I don't know if I'm going to dare to place it, I stillI put badly or take it.I don't know what to do.I would have to wait tomorrow to go to Endocrine at the hospital to put it on.
But well, my question is as follows.The dressing that brings around the sensor is enough for that to stop two long weeks put?I guess no, right?So what should I buy in the pharmacy to hit it and how do you stick?I must indicate (in case it is important for the type of dressing to buy) that I do sports 4 times a week and includes movements of all kinds in a gym.

First, I almost have an idea of the sensor's tricks ... the same ethics or velia can explain more.
But I think it will not be very different from the pump.
The pump cateter dressing I set with Nobecuta.It is a spray dressing.
Just before inserting the track, you spray the area a bit (previously washed and dry), you let a second and insert the catheter/sensor.
And that no longer takes off ... neither showers, neither sweat nor pool nor anything.

Even if you have not bought it they "give it to or sell" to the hopital I say and "sell" the consumables and if then it gives you to buy it. The bomb is a rentier
You pay about € 220/month per pump+consumables for 4 years.
From the 4th year, the price drops quite a lot or the pump is replaced

The other day I bought Fixomull, from BSN.And it is an endless adhesive sheet.You cut what you want, and stick to the body.The advantage over Tegaderm is that you can put the size you want, it is Waterproof, and breathable, so sweat goes below the adhesive outward.And it is very fine too, like Tegaderm.But the first time I have put it, I have lasted perfectly stuck more than a week !!And it only began to take off in the area where I have more hair, which is the number one of these adhesives, as is logical.
Anyway, I think it's a good option.I put the photo.
