How curious what you have of the Maria @jconegar cookies.However, they do not usually work very well when I do sports because they take life to get the blood glucose and give me low before they take effect.I are usually better the energy bars without more since they have sugar that rises fast but also nuts and cereals with which the blood glucose keeps you well.

Today I tried a quick gel of Victory Endurance.I have started very high (at 200) and after 50 minutes I went to 108 and going down.I have decided to take that gel and I have kept 90 (phenomenal figure) all the time until the hour and 25 minutes
