I'm going to resume this a bit old issue to tell you something about how the fruit now affects me.
You will see, since I put on the sensor, I practically discarded the fruit because it climbed me a lot.
Now, as I have already mentioned in another subject, in the last review the LDL cholesterol was quite high, so I have put to the "supersan" regime (weighing 72kg for 1.87cm) and now as 6 or 7 pieces of fruitevery day.
Every time I have a hiccup, because I like a tangerine or a kiwi, or both.
After this roll we go to the grain, why before I got a lot and now a tangerine or an apple does not upload more than 25-30 glucose?
This noon, starting from 82 (it is seen that I spent the quick at lunch), I have eaten a small apple and a kiwi and I have stayed all afternoon between 100-110.
Even breakfast sandwich does not make me peaks if I accompanied it with some fruit, when a few months ago it was the opposite, a small pear or a tangerine was to get 60-70-80 in minutes.
Before I climbed with soda or juice, and it was all afternoon rectifying, if not it happened to me and went to hyper.
Those who understand a little, can it be that the LDL (eye, the triglycerides I have good) is high) because for a year I have practically not consumed any fiber of the fruit?

I tried it once and it almost gives me something ... God, how bitter !!!I don't know, how and that's it.I read there that cocoa has many properties, as long as it is the highest possible percentage.
I take it as another food complement.
I take that 99%, the 85% or the 92% as it seems.As it happens to me with some fruits or vegetables such as tomato or broccoli, which I have never liked and now I force myself to eat them almost daily.

I don't have much problem with the fruit.With the rapid soil control it well ... and without fast, to trace by eg hypoglycemia, I take very little ... like 0'5 ration, and it is going well ...

I have put 7 novorapid units at 9:30 and about 10 and 15 I have had the following breakfast:
-An Sánwich of oat bread with cooked ham.The bread weighed 80 grams.
-Anandaine.Over 100 grams.
-A kiwi.About 125 grams.
-A good handful of blueberries.About 50 grams.
At 12 less I have eaten another 100 grams mandarin because the glucose was going down too much and I thought I did not arrive at the time of the food.
It is now half past 12 and I am 95 of stable blood glucose.
I have counted 7 portions (not counting blueberries) and that, at breakfast, for me it would be to click at least 9-10 units.At breakfast multiplies by 1.3 or 1.4 the rations to calculate the insulin to put.
Edito: He keeps going down.He is going down to 85 while writing this.I'm going to eat a small apple.Another 125-150 grams.
In total more than 8 rations for only 7 units of fast.

As for the slow one, I have been waking up in the rank every morning and the rest of the day I am going well.

Obviously still segregas insulin.And if you are taking care of the food and putting insulin the pancreas is more relaxed.I am like you and similar things happen to me.By streaks there are things that do not upload me and other gusts yes, it is as if the pancreas operates in bolbotones.

Something similar happens to me in the morning.Before I put 2 quickly and reached 140/150.I had to go down to 1.5 and there are days that I do not spend 110. Breakfast the same.Sometimes I even add a piece of apple.
These things happen to those who do not yet have the pancreas exhausted at all.

So I suppose it was quite clear.
I guess what you tell me, that I still have some reserve and my pancreas has given these days to run.
In food it has happened to me again.Lentils, salad and fruit stew and at the time I was in 54. On other occasions that I have eaten and punctured the same I have not dropped from 120-130 to 2 hours.
The doses will have to be changed.

I started using Lantus, but a couple of years ago they changed me to Abasaglar.
I put 20 units at night and I notice that, sometimes, in the afternoon from six or so it begins to rise to dinner time that is placed again in more or less normal values.
As for eating, nothing happens.After months without taking almost any fruit because now to take advantage and eat everything I can.From breakfast I have 3 tangerines, an apple, blueberry, a kiwi and several ounces of chocolate at 82%.All that apart from normal daily food and with the same insulin.
I don't complain.Worse it would be to not be able to eat anything, right?;)
