The requirements to aspire to the scholarship are: live with diabetes, check with recent recipe, voter credential, a copy of the CURP, proof of address, current occupation, desire for lifestyle change and a letter commitment of it.
In the state it is presumed that there are 80 thousand people sick of diabetes and in the 18 thousand municipality, at least those are the figures that are handled.
