On the occasion of the next World Diabetes Day, the Hermosillo Delegation Red Cross launched the campaign of November to publicize the importance of detecting this disease and how to treat it.

That is why throughout the month there will be promotions in the laboratory, in which the 2x1 blood glucose tests are found, with a regular value of 30 pesos and the glycosylated hemoglobin analysis, the fasting glucose and the examinationUrine general, those three for 285 pesos.
He added that diabetes is a disease that is addressed in a multifactorial way, because sometimes it is necessary to channel them to the areas of nutrition and even psychology, if the patient requires it.
The doctor Sergio Maldonado informed that the Red Cross serves about five people a month with suspicions of suffering from diabetes, of which one or two are confirmed with this disease.
Among the risk factors, he added, are mainly overweight and eating habits, but inheritance and sedentary also influence.
