Hello, the sitagliptin and linagliptin are medications that enter the DPP4 inhibitory medications which is an enzyme, this enzyme inhibits something that is called incredine which is responsible for stimulating the pancreas to produce insulin.By inhibiting the DPP4 the life of the incredine is maintained for longer and allows a prolonged liberation of insulin.It is very expensive medicine and one must be under medical supervision greetings
