In addition, section IV of article 24 is reformed, which indicates that it is incapacitated in acts outside the service and numeral 83 of the first category of article 226 to remain in the following way:

“Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, manifested by seropositivity to antibodies against human immunodeficiency virus, confirmed with supplementary tests plus infections by opportunistic germs and/or malignant neoplasms that imply the loss of functionality for the performance of the acts of the acts ofservice".
