Albacete will host the I Popular Race of Linear Park for Diabetes

The departure and goal will be located next to the old Albacete flour factory and the route is 6.2 kilometers, with a registration fee of 8 euros that will be destined to the Association of Diabetic Families of Albacete.

The Provincial Deputy of Culture, Fermín Gómez, together with the Councilor for Sports of the City of the Capital, Francisco Navarro, and the president of the Association of Diabetic Families of Albacete (ASFADI), misfortunes Martínez, the first popular Popular Carrera has presented on TuesdayFor linear park diabetes, which will be held on November 8.

There will be a trophy for the first classified of each category, in addition to a ham for the winners, and gift bag for the first 400 registered that finish the test, as well as a special prize to the most numerous club.

Registration can be done through www.atletaspopular.es and also in person in Filipids Running and Asfadi headquarters.The race will be the first act of the Diabetes Awareness Week, which on November 14 celebrates its World Day.

After the popular race, on the 9th a mass will be held in memory of all the diabetic patients who have died, in the Church of the Pilar de Albacete, at 12.00;And on November 11 at 6:00 p.m. the Conference 'Diabetes in the World' is held by Dr. Juan Sora, as well as another talk of the nutritionist Darcy Gioconda Cádernas, in the auditorium of the Health Delegation (Avenidaof the Civil Guard, Albacete).

On November 14, a commemorative act is planned in the Plaza del Altozano de Albacete, where a tent will be installed, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., where all diabetics and partners of Asfadi will be done sugar.
