Insulin: -Lantus (in the morning) 25 units -Humalog Breakfast: 0.7 UNS/PORTION;Food and dinner: 0.5 units/portion Well, glycems are usually ... in the morning about 200 or so, mid-morning 60-70, food 200 (today 180), dinner 60-90.
